Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing various strategic and operational projects across the company. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments—particularly operations, finance, compliance, and technology—as well as with external stakeholders and technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial services, stock exchanges (especially the Kuwait Stock Exchange), and fintech product environments. A strong technical background and the ability to gather and translate requirements between stakeholders and tech teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.

·        Collaborate with internal teams (operations, tech, compliance, finance, etc.) to define project scopes, deliverables, and dependencies.

·        Coordinate with external vendors and technology providers on system integrations, platform enhancements, and service rollouts.

·        Collect and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, facilitating communication between non-technical stakeholders and tech teams.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.

·        Track progress and ensure accountability, conducting regular status meetings and generating progress reports for senior leadership.

·        Support the onboarding and implementation of new systems, processes, or market entry projects, especially those requiring interaction with local stock exchanges and investment platforms.

·        Ensure all project work complies with CMA (Capital Markets Authority) regulations and internal standards.

·        Identify, manage, and mitigate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

·        Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and inform future initiatives.

Skills

Candidate Profile:

·        Requirement Open for male Arab nationals

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus

·        Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally within a fintech, investment, or financial services organization.

·        Experience managing projects involving internal and external technical teams, including APIs, system integrations, and product delivery.

·        Solid understanding of investment platforms, securities trading, and stock exchanges (familiarity with Kuwait Stock Exchange is highly preferred).

·        Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, MS Project).

·        Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
