We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with project requirements. This role involves managing team and subcontractor badges, handling client communications through Aconex, and supporting overall administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation and processes for obtaining security badges for employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Utilize Aconex to handle project documentation, submit RFIs, track approvals, and maintain communication between project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project documents, contracts, and approvals.
- Coordinate subcontractor documentation, ensuring timely submission and updates.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, and project teams as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in construction administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Aconex or similar project/document management software.
- Experience in handling badge processing and security clearances for employees and subcontractors.
- Preferred: Experience working on construction projects within US Army Bases and knowledge of their administrative/security procedures.
