Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Platform Management:
- Oversee the backend of delivery platforms for three brands, including adding, removing, and modifying products.
- Manage campaigns with delivery platforms.
Product Launch Coordination:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to launch products and ensure seamless execution.
Branch/Product Activations:
- Align with departments to activate/deactivate branches or products on delivery platforms as required.
Operational Support:
- Assist the operations team in identifying and resolving issues related to the POS system and delivery platforms.
Reporting:
- Prepare and share detailed reports with internal stakeholders to track performance and insights.
Demand Planning:
- Support in-demand planning activities to ensure optimal inventory and resource allocation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Commercial Manager.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage delivery platform systems efficiently.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Tableau knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a coordination or operational role.
Skills
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- F&B Experience for at least a year!
