To enhance our digital presence, we Markas Sabir Perufmes (kuwait) are looking for a Creative Art Director to lead our social media content strategy, ensuring visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

• Develop and oversee creative concepts for social media content, aligning with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.

• Manage and execute visual storytelling through photography, videography, graphics, and animations.

• Plan and create high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging material.

• Oversee the branding and aesthetics of all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling look and feel.

• Develop campaigns and seasonal themes to highlight new product launches, promotions, and brand stories.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, design innovations, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Manage and coordinate social media agencies (if applicable) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and sales.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Skills

Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or a similar role in social media content creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in digital marketing, particularly in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries.

• Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and photography.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, visual aesthetics, and digital storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide creative teams and collaborate effectively.

• Passion for luxury, beauty, and fragrance industries is a plus.
