We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Technical Support to provide expert assistance for inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support tickets, calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all users, providing problem resolution and support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
- Document issues and resolutions in the Service Desk tracking system.
- Provide remote support to users via remote desktop tools or VPN.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administering a help desk.
Skills
- Bilingual preferred (English and Arabic).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess a valid Kuwait driver’s license.
