• Coordinate between different departments and facilitate internal and external communication.
• Prepare reports and official correspondence.
• Organize meetings and conferences.
• Follow up on emails and respond to inquiries.
• Assist the executive in all administrative tasks.
Skills
Requirements:
• Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles (preferably in the same field).
• Proficient in using computers and office software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctual and accurate in completing tasks.
