  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, refunds, deposits, and settlements daily.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for transactions, including bank accounts, and settlement reports.
  • Monitor bank accounts daily, ensuring all settled amounts are correctly reflected, and coordinate with banks to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries and financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and addressing auditor queries.
  • Manage vendor settlements, deposit handling, and payment reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring vendor payments are processed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial partners to resolve payment-related issues, update depositing portals, and ensure seamless fund transfers.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve reconciliation efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to the management team, ensuring well-informed business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business growth and operational improvements.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile transactions and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in coordinating with vendors, banks, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
