The Secretary position in the real estate sector in Kuwait is a pivotal role that supports the smooth operation of the office. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage various administrative tasks while ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the team in project management tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of office processes.
- Help in preparing company contracts/agreements
- Timely assistance to other company staff, mainly lawyers and finance executives
