Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service


 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

·        Oversee the daily operations of the showroom to ensure a smooth workflow.

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

·        Train, mentor, and manage showroom staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.

·        Maintain inventory levels and ensure that the showroom is well-stocked with the latest models.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

·        Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

·        Coordinate with marketing teams to promote showroom events and special offers.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

·        Prepare regular reports on sales performance and staff productivity.

·        Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

·        Preferred Candidate:

·        Proven experience in showroom management or a similar role in the automotive industry.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

·        Proficient in using dealership management software and CRM systems.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
