Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Networking (wired/wireless solutions) and Security Solutions (firewalls, SD-WAN).
  • Strong expertise Networking and Security technologies.
  • Familiarity with advanced network architectures, SD-WAN, and next-gen firewall deployment.
  • Experience with cloud security solutions, network monitoring, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Understanding of network design principles, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud network architectures.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.).

Proposal Development:

  • Support the creation of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by responding to technical sections and ensuring proposals are tailored to the client's needs, focusing on Network and Security solutions.
  • Assist in creating and documenting technical solution architectures, including high-level designs, presentation, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.



Skills

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales phase.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the proposal and solution are clearly communicated to stakeholders.


Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACME), or Huawei HCIA/HCIP certifications, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Fortinet NSE, are highly desirable.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions to complex network and security challenges.


Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
