The Legal Center Law Firm is seeking a skilled IT and Networking Specialist to manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of 100+ computers, printers, scanners, and networking systems while also managing Microsoft 365 services. This role requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills to support the firm’s technology needs and cybersecurity measures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure, including 100+ computers, printers, and scanning systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are effectively implemented.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and network components.
- Maintain and improve cybersecurity measures.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and office IT equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
