The Sales Engineer plays a key role in identifying business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and providing technical solutions in the engineering sector. This outdoor role requires strong technical knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site client visits to assess needs and present solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor engineering solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Engineering background with outdoor sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Must be able to read and write in Arabic.
  • Experience in kitchens, doors, cabinets, and wardrobes is a plus.
