A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts across Middle East.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute CRM and loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and acquisition across diverse restaurant concepts.
- Design and manage innovative loyalty programs tailored to casual, upscale, and premium dining audiences, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
- Leverage customer data and insights to drive personalized marketing campaigns, monitor program performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with operational goals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar role within restaurant sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Should have technical proficiency in CRM software, loyalty platforms, and data analysis tools
- Open to candidates within Middle East, current experience in Kuwait is preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in the similar role within restaurant sector
