Salary:                         up to 1,300 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus

A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts across Middle East.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute CRM and loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and acquisition across diverse restaurant concepts.
  • Design and manage innovative loyalty programs tailored to casual, upscale, and premium dining audiences, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to drive personalized marketing campaigns, monitor program performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with operational goals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business growth.

 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in the similar role within restaurant sector  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Should have technical proficiency in CRM software, loyalty platforms, and data analysis tools
  • Open to candidates within Middle East, current experience in Kuwait is preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in the similar role within restaurant sector  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
