Coordinator

We are looking for Coordinator for Events and Conference Bookings, manages customer bookings for events, conferences, and external meetings, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently and in line with corporate requirements.


Responsibilities include:

  • Handling venue, travel, and accommodation bookings for events and conferences.
  • Managing vendor contracts, budgets, and payments.
  • Preparing itineraries, agendas, and event schedules.
  • Providing customer support and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on event performance and financial tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and approvals.


Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 3–5 years in event coordination, conference planning, or travel management. Experience in customer service, vendor negotiations, or budget tracking.
  • Previous experience in Hotel Desk or Conciergerie is a plus.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or Hospitality. Certification in Event Planning, Project Management, or Travel Coordination.
  • Certification: Proficiency in travel booking platforms or event planning tools.
