Role Objective:
Supports the effective implementation of HR processes and ensures accurate documentation and timely follow-up to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of staff records in HR databases and systems.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and hospital policies
- Prepare and process employment contracts, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and grading systems.
- Follow up on the probationary period evaluations and ensure timely action.
- Manage onboarding activities, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring all required documents are completed.
- Handle offboarding tasks, including retrieving company assets and completing exit documentation.
- Prepare salary certificates and experience certificates for all staff upon request.
- Participate in employee investigations alongside the Talent Management Manager and accurately record meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing of investigation records.
- Track and follow up on job description updates across all departments.
- Monitor the expiration of doctors’ privileges and coordinate with relevant departments to initiate renewal processes.
- Register all staff for life insurance and ensure medical staff are covered by malpractice insurance.
- Maintain and regularly update records of insurance policies for all employees.
- Update and maintain the HR master sheet with accurate employee data.
- Assist in planning and executing employee wellbeing programs and engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all HR activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support in the planning and execution of employee recognition programs and events.
Education/Qualifications/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in HR practices or relevant training.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a related administrative HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance specific to the healthcare industry.
- Excellent Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Familiarity with HR databases, record-keeping, and compliance processes.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies is preferred.
