We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on driving revenue in packing, removals, and local move services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the packing and removals market and Local moves.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in sales, preferably in the packing and removals and Local moves in Logistic Industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the overseas partners as well as the clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
