Department Manager (WRTW) Luxury Fashion

Our client is one of the world's most well known international Luxury Fashion house and they are looking for Ready To Wear Department Manager with at least five year’s experience in luxury retailing including three years in a management role Manager to be located in one of the most exciting and successful luxury shopping areas


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Assist Associates with various customer service issues.
  • Building a local clientele.
  • Ongoing performance management to consistently meet goals.
  • Demonstrates leadership and leads by example.
  • Implements and executes strategic business plans for the store.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rate within company standards by regularly following up with operations and executing initiatives as needed.
  • Enforce merchandise standards as set forth by visual department.
  • Consistently network with market competition in an effort to assist in staffing and recruiting.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, peers, supervisors and corporate office.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION

    • Minimum 3 years Management experience; luxury a must!!
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
    • On the sales floor manager not back of the office manager.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the department store and the daily activities of the sales staff engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maximizes sales by building high performing teams, enhancing our brand image in the market, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
    • Develops new customer relationships and interacts with existing customers to increase sales.
    • Attains monthly sales, conversion and other KPI goals.
    • Builds strong partnerships with corporate, district and/ or regional manager
