The Key Account Field Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage Production industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and enhancing the company's market presence in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Kuwait (FMCG)
- Kuwait driving license
- BA degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
