About the Role:
As a Leasing & Client Relations Officer, you will be is responsible for managing the leasing process and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include marketing properties, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating with the legal department, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
· Tenant Screening and Selection: Process rental applications and communicate status to applicants. Coordinate lease signings effectively.
· Lease Management: Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in line with company policies and legal requirements. Manage lease renewals and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
· Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests professionally. Conduct property inspections and foster strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction.
· Property Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Conduct property tours, coordinate with maintenance services, and oversee move-in and move-out processes.
· Financial Management: Accurately collect and record rental payments. Prepare financial reports related to leasing activities.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure leasing activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on occupancy rates and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of leasing principles and property management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in negotiating and closing lease agreements.
· Ability to use property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
