Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading payment aggregator based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of payment systems, accounting, and financial strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

• Monitor the company’s financial health and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.

• Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic financial advice to the management team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Stay updated on financial trends, regulations, and payment industry developments.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications like CFA, CPA is a plus).

• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within the payment aggregator, fintech, or banking sector.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Familiarity with payment systems, processing, and financial regulations in Kuwait and the GCC region.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in financial software and MS Excel (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
