Job Title: Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative support to our

team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage calendars and schedule appointments

 Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

 Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

 Maintain filing systems and office records

 Assist with general office administration and support

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 High level of discretion and professionalism
