The Role
This is a part-time remote role for a Private Tutor at Filo. Private Tutors will engage in 1-1 tutoring sessions, providing personalized assistance, explanations, and solutions to students. Tutors will address student queries, help them understand concepts, and support their learning progress through interactive sessions.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Expertise in Math, Science, and English
- Experience in tutoring or teaching students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to student needs
- Patience and empathy in guiding students
- Comfortable with remote tutoring tools and technology
- Previous online tutoring experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field
