The Sales Officer - Specialist plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry in Kuwait. This position is designed for individuals who possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  8. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Preferred Candidate:

  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry.

  6. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Ability to travel as required for client meetings.

  • Preferred to be related from Manufacturing background
  • Experience of minimum of 3 years
