1. Be responsible for the IBS (Passive/Active DAS) project field technical management.
2. Manage the field subcontractors, validate survey reports, ensure site implementation quality.
3. Supervise the field work and provide the required training (if needed) for the field subcontractors, ensure the subcontractors’ work meets Huawei & customer standards.
4. Understand the design, collaborate with the design team and subcontractors, and be responsible for the successful application of Huawei design on site.

Skills

1. Proficient in IBS (Passive/Active DAS) knowledge and system architecture.

2. Proficient in the IBS project field implementation process.

3. Be familiar with the basic knowledge and system architecture of RAN.

4. Be familiar with iBwave Design Tools.

5. Be familiar with the AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Tools.

6. Be familiar with MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. RAN Product Certificates (HCIA or Certificate of Equivalence Level).

8. Project Management Certificates (PMP or Have project experience of Equivalence Level).

9. Have excellent English communication skills, and be able to independently clarify and close customers' technical issues/network risks. Persuade customers to accept Huawei's proposal.

10  Good working attitude, respect for customers and colleagues, able to work well with other departments to achieve common goals.
