Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They collaborate with engineers and designers to produce accurate schematics, layouts, and designs used during installation, maintenance, and renovation projects.
Skills
Qualifications:
· Diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institute.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Chilled water piping & district cooling plant form in MEP Industry.
· Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials and tools in the field of HVAC systems.
· Considerable knowledge of mechanical maintenance, repair, and systems installation.
· Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specs, drawings, and blue prints of machinery and HVAC tools & equipment’s.
· Ability to maintain labor and material records and prepare reports.
