As a Social Media Officer (Account Associate) at Bricks, you'll be responsible for managing clients and their accounts, implementing social media strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. With your strategic mindset and creative flair, you'll collaborate with clients to develop engaging content and execute impactful social media campaigns alongside the Creative Executives & the production team.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture assigned client social media accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and building lasting partnerships.
- Collaborate with clients to develop innovative social media strategies that align with their unique goals and objectives.
- Craft dynamic content calendars and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and impactful social media presence.
- Write compelling captions that resonate with the target audience, capturing attention and reflecting the client's brand personality.
- Seek client approval for captions and other content elements, incorporating their feedback into our creative approach.
- Publish and repost captivating content across various social media platforms, utilizing best practices for maximum engagement.
- Monitor and respond promptly to client inquiries and comments, fostering meaningful connections and building brand loyalty.
- Generate insightful monthly reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Share exciting props and casting documents with clients, ensuring their input and approval.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to bring creative visions to life, aligning strategies with captivating visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to continually enhance our strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team and the agency.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Wide experience and knowledge in the media field.
- Fully aware and up to date regarding handling social media platforms including but not limited to (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn). Acquire a wide experience in functioning and managing these social media platforms.
- Be able to interpret and analyze social media analytics, providing monthly reports on updates and acting upon results.
- Maintain strong project management skills. This includes planning, executing and managing deadlines with full responsibility and professionalism. Dedication to providing consistent and skillful work is essential.
- The ability to think outside the box and contribute to innovative creativity that results in spontaneous and originative ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both the workplace and in dealing with clients. Having the ability to establish proper communication channels is crucial in preserving legitimate and professional relationships.
- Being able to multitask and handle several projects under a potential heavy workload with the ability to maintain attention to detail and preciseness.
- Openness to the continuation of monitoring social channels and campaign-related matters outside official working hours. This includes tasks like replying to Instagram comments/DM’s and answering or making important phone calls relating to the project during the Account Executive’s personal time away from the office.
- Attentive and proactive in approaching and dealing with the clients’ needs. An adequate understanding of the clients’ requirements regarding their vision and expectations of the project.
- Outstanding time management skills in order to coordinate various campaigns with multiple clients at once. Up-to-date with all requests of the clients and management regarding tasks and responsibilities.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
