The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Develop strong annual marketing / product calendar that resonate with customers and enable brand to achieve budgeted target.
• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Work with Digital Marketing team to implement best-in-class programs including CRM personalized marketing, rewards, digital couponing, social engagement and brand building via digital media channels.
• Ensure proper allocation of marketing funds to deliver best ROI on marketing objectives.
• Build team capability in order to ensure continued growth of the business.
• Identify and address team performance gap in order to help team stay on track
Requirements
•At least 10 year’s experience in preferably in Fast Food (QSR).
• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or any related fields.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
• Strong drive for results
