Skills

1. Be familiar with mobile communication principles and 45G signaling processes, and have at least one year's experience in the SmartCare or CEM industry.

2. Have database experience, master basic database operations, and be able to data mining, cleaning, and analysis through the database.

3. Be familiar with the architecture and service process of the CEM platform, and be familiar with the UCs related to the SmartCare platform.

4. Be able to survey the customer's business status, match and guide requirements, design solutions and evolution plans, and ensure that the solutions are feasible.

5. Core network/IP background, proficient in SQL and python, and experience in data analysis.

6. Strong communication skills & learning skills.
