Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Manage inventory and stock levels using Odoo.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all warehouse activities.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and audits.
Accounting Tasks:
- Record financial transactions using Odoo.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support in payroll processing and expense tracking.
Skills
