· Prepare and repair Job order/Card for customers requested work and advise on repair cost.
· Obtain signature for requested work and complete vehicle condition check (inside and out).
· Schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.
· Follow up with the workshop and advise customers of any delays.
· Inform customers on vehicles that require road test diagnostics.
· Obtain costs for parts and labor and inform customer of additional work required and of any delay that would be caused.
· Prepare invoice; check all details have been filled in inclusive of any sublet repairs and consumables that must be charged.
· Explain and advise customer of any notes that have been written from the workshop.
· Advise customer of any active marketing promotions.
· Deal with customer complaints within given company policy limits.
