We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Premium Dining Hostess to join our prestigious hospitality team in Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help set the tone for an unforgettable dining adventure. With a focus on teamwork and professionalism, you will collaborate closely with our dining staff to uphold the high standards our establishment is known for.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they arrive and ensuring that they are seated in a timely manner.
- Taking reservations and managing the waitlist.
- Providing menus and answering any questions that guests may have about the menu.
- Escorting guests to their table and presenting them with menus.
- Making recommendations on food and drink options.
- Ensuring that tables are properly set up and that the dining area is clean and tidy.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed, including answering phones and taking orders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanour.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
