Position Overview:
The Personal Secretary to the CEO will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO’s day runs smoothly by handling scheduling, communications, and other critical tasks. This individual will act as a trusted partner, capable of managing confidential information, anticipating needs, and ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring seamless time management.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; manage emails, phone calls, and messages.
Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for meetings by compiling documents, creating agendas, and taking minutes as needed.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as required by the CEO.
Personal Tasks: Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO when necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
