Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Customer Satisfaction

• To take ownership and effectively deal with customer requests, queries and complaints and take necessary action from feedback

• Ensure all customer orders are dealt with immediately and correct procedures followed for dealing with customer orders and to take corrective actions wherever required.


Stock Levels and Event Calendar

• Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets for discussion with the CM

• Ensure prompt and effective replenishing of merchandise in-store

• Ensure effective space utilization

• Review and effectively deal with slow lines and end of ranges and implement necessary action

• Ensure Stock levels are sufficient for major events

• Ensure all sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed and promptly and maintained professionally

• Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over- and under stocks, suggesting corrective action to be taken by the CM

• Coordinate with the Mall management for promotional activities Reporting and Competitor Activity

• Submit brief Monthly reports to the CM covering all aspects of - ▪ Sales performance ▪ Stock positions and concerns ▪ Special events and promotions ▪ Staff movement & issues

• Conduct competitor shopping and Providing monthly feedback on competitor and event activities


Merchandising, Shop keeping And Store Standards

• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the section merchandise, ensuring promotions and fast selling lines are featured.

• To ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display

• To maintain hygiene & cleanliness for store inclusive of any back areas


Human Resources & Daily Stores Operation

• Effective time management of self and subordinates

• To plan the monthly staff rotation of the store

• Identify store training requirements and conduct relevant training

• Dealing with staff related administrative issues.

• Ensure all disciplinary procedures and staff movements are directed through the CM.

• Assist with creation of an environment which conducive to a high store morale

• To ensure staff accommodation.


Daily Store Operations

• Functional operations in stores

• Ensure random pricing checks on products to be completed in time

• Minimize shrinkage in line with targets , and implementation of SLAP

• Theft policy and procedure

• Implementation to Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
