Job Responsibilities
• Handle queries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents and customers
• Handle invoices and maintain delivery management till completion.
• Ensure delivery processes are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date.
• Creation of shipment orders
• Handle and monitor the monthly reports and dashboard.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with stores & customers to increase revenues.
• Statistical understanding and reporting of deliveries, returns and NPS.
Skills
Candidate Requirements
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and LMD
• Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
• Self-confidence and forceful in dealing with drivers and customers.
