  • Analyze vendor performance and provide insights to support buyers' decision-making.
  • Deliver weekly sales and performance analysis at store and department levels.
  • Collaborate with logistics to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery for launches.

Stock Management:

  • Forecast optimal stock levels and develop reports for monitoring.
  • Manage stock transfers to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
  • Assist in stock re-buys, cancellations, and markdown management.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of stock movement and timely updates across functions.

Planning and Execution:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis for range and promotional planning.
  • Prepare seasonal range plans and perform complex analysis to support assortment, pricing, and inventory decisions.
  • Monitor stock-to-sales ratios and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide updates to the merchandising and buying teams.

Financial Controls and Profitability:

  • Conduct quantitative analysis to optimize profitability and identify risks.
  • Collaborate with buyers to develop markdown strategies for financial success.
  • Monitor and take action on bestsellers to ensure they reach full potential.
  • Address slow sellers by implementing price adjustments, promotions, or stock movement.
