About the Role

This is a full-time role for a Secretary located in Kuwait City. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the department. You will play a crucial role in assisting with clerical duties, managing correspondence, and maintaining records to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (speak, read and write)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff members.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization of records.
  • Assist with data entry, typing, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and office maintenance, ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and other tasks as assigned by department.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
