Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and creative
Social Media Content Managing Assistant to support our social media team in planning, creating, and managing content across various platforms. In this role, you will assist with daily social media tasks, including scheduling posts, researching trends, engaging with our audience, and tracking content performance. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media, and experience with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling & Posting: Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms, ensuring posts are published on time and according to the content calendar.
- Content Creation: Support in creating visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and stories, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our audience.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner to maintain and build relationships with our followers.
- Trend Research & Analysis: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and industry news to help generate fresh content ideas and keep our brand relevant.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach) for each post and prepare weekly or monthly reports on social media performance.
- Content Calendar Management: Help maintain an organized social media calendar, planning posts to align with campaigns, product launches, events, or seasonal themes.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, photographers, and content creators to develop on-brand content that meets our visual and messaging standards.
- Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and community members to enhance our reach and increase brand awareness.
- Hashtag & SEO Optimization: Conduct hashtag research and optimize post captions for SEO to maximize visibility and audience reach.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor social media accounts to identify best practices and explore opportunities for improvement or new content ideas.
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: KD150.000 - KD300.000 per month
