The Accounts Assistant is responsible for all tasks related to accounts payables, receivables, reconciliation and entering day to day sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Passing journal entries on the Accounting Software.
- Checking and entering daily sales of the facilities.
- Initiating accounts payable.
- Assisting in day to day entries for accounts.
- Reconciling statements.
- Filing and attaching supporting documents.
- Managing records of petty cash.
- Making cheques and payment vouchers.
- Processing refunds of the clients.
- Calculating deferred income.
- Tracking and calculating co-operative credit payments for their clients.
- Record and account for prepaid expenses.
