· Assess Needs, supervise, monitor and organize distribution network with regards to vehicle movements, Sales Reps locations, merchandisers’ locations and their responsibility, drivers….etc across all sales/distribution points.
· Determine all needs, tools and requirements for effective distribution
· Provide daily distribution plans, organize all movements accurately and correctly in addition to monitor sales reps and merchandisers’ works and performance, and solve potential problems that can occur with subordinates.
· Analyze sales outcome by determining fast moving sales points from others and rearrange sales accordingly
· Review stocks with inventory and warehouse personal and place orders on timely manner to avoid OOS (Out of Stock).
· Ensure that ins and outs from warehouse are carried out smoothly and correctly in liaison with warehouse and accounts personal.
· Good connections and relationships with supermarkets/hypermarkets.
- · Prepares forecasts, project plans, action plans to increase sales as well as finding new potential sales points
Skills
· Requirement open to Indian nationalities
· Bachelor's Degree in related field
· 8-10 years of experience in F&B sector
