Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Analyze and interpret market data to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
- Work with other departments such as sales and product development to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Manage and track the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows.
- Develop content for various marketing platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.
- Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.
- Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for improvements.
- Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.
- Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.
