The HR Officer plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of a trading and commodity trading company in Kuwait. This position is essential for ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops a skilled workforce. The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall business strategy through effective human resource management. Responsibilities:

  2. Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  5. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and conducting investigations as necessary.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
