Job Summary: Work closely with landscape architects, designers, and project managers to produce precise 2D and 3D landscape design drawings. Responsible for creating detailed technical plans, layouts, and renderings for various landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with landscape architects to create detailed site plans, sections, and elevations for landscaping projects.

·        Develop 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.

·        Draft irrigation, drainage, and planting plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and environmental regulations.

·        Prepare materials lists, cost estimates, and assist with budgeting for landscaping projects.

·        Modify designs based on client feedback, regulatory requirements, and environmental constraints.

·        Conduct site visits to collect data, perform land surveys, and ensure that the designs match the actual conditions on-site.

·        Communicate with contractors and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.

·        Stay up-to-date with zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to ensure compliance in all drafts.

·        Create 3D visualizations and renderings to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

·        Maintain organized project files, including design revisions, materials specifications, and project documentation.

Skills

·        Requirement open for all nationals

·        Degree in Architectural Drafting, Landscape Architecture, or a related field

·        Required minimum 5 years' experience as a draftsman, preferably in landscaping or related fields

·        Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other CAD software.

·        Experience with 3D modeling tools like Lumion or similar is a plus.
