Job description: Job Summary

Play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the underwriting - Claims team. This involves processing insurance applications, verifying policy & claims documentation, and ensuring accuracy in policy issuance & Claims Processing . assist in evaluating risks, gathering relevant information, and conducting preliminary assessments to support underwriters & Claims in decision-making

Job Responsibilities

Process insurance applications and verify policy & Claims documentationAssist in evaluating risks and gathering relevant informationMaintain underwriting & Claims databases In systemsFacilitate policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsHandle inquiries from clients, brokers, and internal stakeholdersEnsure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirementsContribute to the achievement of business objectivesTimely issuance as per agreed SLA Conduct Survey assessments to support underwriting - Claims decisionsFollow up recovery Cases after settling the claims. 

Candidate Requirements

University / Diploma degree..  1 to 2 years.Proficiency in using underwriting- claims software, Microsoft Office Suite.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
