Purpose:
Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
Role Accountabilites:
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
- Continuously assess and analyze current production methods.
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workmen
- Follow product specifications and quality control standards
- Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
- Determine the manpower requirement for the given production target
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
- Work within set budgetary plans for the project
- Update Production Manager and Senior Manufacturing Manager with analyses, outcome and findings on a periodic basis
- Ensure PPE usage across the plant
- Handle employee related issues
- Train Production Supervisory and skilled labor staff on various Production processes and initiatives
- Ensures compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS), in line with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvements.
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
Knowledge:
Minimum Entry
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Hard working, self-motivated person and flexible attitude.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
- Bachelor's of Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.

- 5+ years of production experience in
Fabrication / PEB / Structural steel industry
