Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at MullenLowe Blu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will manage multiple accounts, collaborate with clients to meet their objectives, and work closely with internal teams to execute creative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their marketing goals and develop strategic account plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to enhance client partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
