Job Summary: As a Senior Production Module Consultant, He will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the production module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure the system to meet their needs, and provide expert guidance on best practices.
Your role will involve leading projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring successful system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse production requirements and business processes.
- Provide expert advice on production best practices and Dynamics 365 FO functionalities.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and customize the production module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO to meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage production-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the production module.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
- Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 FO features and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and configuring the production module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and managing complex implementations.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO production module functionalities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of production processes, including manufacturing, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO are highly desirable.
