Exciting Opportunity: Leasing Admin / Tenant Relations Coordinator
Fayda Strategic Advisory is looking for a dynamic Leasing Admin / Tenant Relations Coordinator to join our management team at Al Salam Mall. In this dual role, you’ll manage leasing administration while building strong relationships with our tenants to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all leasing administration, including preparing and renewing lease contracts, offers, and agreements with tenants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling communications regarding contracts, offers, and periodic updates.
- Coordinate with different mall departments (facility management, security, marketing, etc.) to meet tenants' needs.
- Manage the property management system, ensuring daily updates and accurate reporting.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants, and handle onboarding and move-out processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, tenant feedback, and operational improvements.
- Oversee tenant-related communications, keeping tenants informed about mall policies, updates, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, or property management.
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Immediate start is preferred due to the urgency of this role.
