o Support the management in the definition and implementation of the organizational plan which identifies the human resource needs necessary to support the business in the medium to long-term range;
o Ensure that the company remains structurally flexible and competitive in its policies and practices and capable of adapting to change in market/ industry trends and conditions;
o Implement and maintain competitive and incentive-driven/ variable compensation programs;
o Support in enabling managers to effectively lead their teams and ensure that the necessary policies and procedures are in place in terms of recruitment and selection, performance management, training and professional development, talent and succession-planning;
o As appropriate, ensure an open and professional dialogue with social partners, facilitate all contact and exchanges between management and employees;
Assist in overseeing and coordinating the various tasks of the Human Resources team, ensuring that staff is qualified and competent, properly coached, given the opportunity to develop in the association and continually motivated to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives;
o Provide operational support and expertise on all personnel and HR management matters within the company, by ensuring total compliance to local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices in order to support the business management in addition to private investment and asset management operations management;
o Set up appropriate management control tools to monitor performance and identify areas of continual improvement and propose corrective actions where necessary in order to enhance a high-performance culture.

o Proficiency in the English and Arabic languages.
o A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years focused on supervising and coordinating the activities of a human resources department;
o Previous experience in the luxury goods, confectionery, or FMCG industry is preferred.
o Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or a relevant discipline;
o MBA or MSc is a plus.
