The job holder is accountable to oversight responsibility for all Technology resources within the defined entity, and accountable to Regional Head of IT (or CIO) and entity (market) COO.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide consultancy & support in coordination with multiple teams and Subject Matter Experts in different geographical locations to ensure effective delivery of Technology services in the entity.
  • Responsible for providing support to market / country COO, when necessary, on matters relating to relevant regulatory and Board relationships at market level
  • Responsible for providing support to ensuring that all market demand is captured and effectively prioritized within the GB/GF global portfolio.
  • Responsible for providing support on direct cost, headcount management, and annual planning for market teams.
  • Responsible for governing risk responsibly, promoting ethical management of risks, communicating changes in policy, and ensuring in market regulatory processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsible for collaborating and providing support with GB/GF Business and other senior Technology Personnel to implement GB/GF goals within entity.
  • Responsible for providing support on entity management.
  • Provide the consulting services to or even lobby local authority/regulators.
  • Provide support on enhancing the individual/team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
