MAF Holding for General Trading is seeking to hire a driven and detail-oriented business Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company's products or services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products or services, targeting specific customer segments and markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Cultivate cross-marketing partnerships with other businesses.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and incorporate them into business strategies.
• Identify and approach potential clients and partners in line with company growth strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with relevant industry players, suppliers, and government entities.
• Work on increasing the company’s market share and overall revenue.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships.
• Preferably Female Arab National.
